The process starts when you fill out our contact form at the top or bottom of this page. You will receive a response email confirming your scheduled call to learn more about your needs. We’ll need to have a phone conversation to get a sense of your restaurant and its needs to provide you with a custom 10x Profit Plan.
Initial phone call
Our initial call will take 40-60 minutes. Josh will ask you a series of questions to identify your growth possibilities in the next 6-12 months, uncover the things holding you and your business back, and develop a Profit Plan that will get your business results.
Receive your free 10x Profit Plan
Within 2-3 business days we will create and deliver the customized 10x Profit Plan for your restaurant. This will include a detailed list of the growth opportunities specific to your business as well as a recommended strategy to capitalize on those opportunities.
